Wellness Coaching follows a 10 stage coaching programme to relax, release, recharge and refocus.

Skills and techniques such as breathing and meditation, Qigong Ti Chi , Yoga exercises, mindfulness walking in nature, are some of the skills to be introduced.
Creativity through mindfulness journaling, creative art , mind mapping are introduced to encourage one to release old habits, and refocus on more positive ones, to discover your uniqueness.
Recharging one’s enthusiasm, building courage and resilience, to be able to focus on the life style needs for ones uniqueness.
