Shearwater Creative Wellbeing runs classes, work shops, coaching for individuals and groups, introducing skills to promote good health and wellbeing. 

Class instructors are skilled in various mobilities, so are able to create individual and groups bespoke strategies 


 


Wellness Creative Coaching 

Wellness Coaching follows a 10 stage coaching programme to relax, release, recharge and refocus. 

Self awareness is the first stage of ones journey  to relax the mind, body, emotions and create a personal life style well-being routine.

Initially one is Introduced to creating a personal daily relaxation and good health routine, for improvement to ones overall well-being.

Skills and techniques such as breathing and meditation, Qigong Ti Chi , Yoga exercises, mindfulness walking in nature, are some of the skills to be introduced.
 
Creativity through mindfulness journaling, creative art , mind mapping are introduced to encourage one to release old habits, and refocus on more positive ones, to discover your uniqueness. 

Recharging one’s enthusiasm, building courage and resilience, to be able to focus on the life style needs for ones uniqueness.

As ones uniqueness blossoms. the boundaries of possibility to living the life you want, grow.

Community Wellbeing    
 
range of skills can be introduced for community wellness, such as creative wellness coaching, where by one can learn how to set up group activities, introducing subjects of their particular needs, and interest. 

Group sessions are supportive, and positive in helping individuals learn how to cope with every day stresses, and to promote good health and wellbeing self care.

Introducing creative coaching skills to a community group, whether its for the young or more advanced in years, promotes their mental, physical and emotional health, and benefit others in their community.  

Group classes may include Qigong Ti Chi , Yoga, mindfulness, creative wellness coaching for managing mental health through mindfulness.

Mindfulness with nature, woodland walking as nature is inherently calming.

A range of work shops introducing various complementary therapy skills are also available, sign posting groups to thier particular needs, using a comprehensive range of creative activities is very inclusive for all ages.
