Life Style Balance 


A one day work shop or attended as three 2hourly sessions. 

A introduction to skills to incorporate into ones life style so as to:  

"Live the life you want to live, in balance with your uniqueness."

Following three steps relax, release and refocus.

Relaxation : techniques  such as breathing, meditation, connecting to nature, and qigong ti chi to calm the mind and body, enabling one to begin a journey of self discovery .

Release : exercises and creative techniques such as creative art, visualisation and mindfullness, are used to quide one towards the important life style changes that might be required .

Out dated habits or fears, might be holding one back from being and feeling fulfilled .

Refocus : 
living purposefully inline with ones uniqueness,  is a journey that  starts with the first step. 

This work shop assists attendees to begin to refocus on what is important to them, to be able to live a life style 
in line with their. uniqueness, purposefully, soulfully and intentionally.

Wellness Naturally 

Introduces attendees to some natural health techniques, that can enhance wellbeing at home and in the work place.

Improving ones relationship with nature,  improves ones state of health and wellbeing naturally.

Weather it's walking in nature, being more mindful of listening to the sounds of nature, eating healthy nourishing foods 

Discussing what wellness means to the attendees, and introduction to some simple self care techniques to improve or maintain wellness.

Skills taught during the day include how to working with touch and the senses to rebalance body, mind and the emotions.

Natural healing techniques, using aroma and pressure points for gentle relaxation. 

by introducing self care exercises and methods of use for home and at work .

Skills taught are chosen to suite the attendees particular needs.

During this work shop Alice introduces her methods of working though discussions, hand outs, and plenty of practical exercises and creativity.

Qi-Gong Ti Chi 

Qigong is a form of exercise that focuses on body posture and movement.

Qigong is rooted in Taoist philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine. It has been around for over 5,000 years. 

Qigong roughly translates to cultivating the “inherent functional essence of the human being.”²

The idea behind Qigong to improve ones health and well-being .

A person must balance their internal energy by enhancing the “Qi.” 

Qigong involves repetitive flowing movements like a moving meditation,  that strengthen, balance, and stretch the body.

Sets of movement enhance the body mind connection, as well as increase the circulation of bodily fluids, and build awareness of how the body
moves .

There are many set of Qigong exercises to choose to learn .

Qi-gong Shibashi comprises of 18 slow graceful movements, performed in sequence with breath and intention, which can be adapted and practiced seated.

Attend six weekly sessions or a one day work shop, which will include breathing/relaxation techniques, followed by 18 Shibashi movements for good health and well-being.

Classes or work shops are suitable for all ages and abilities, as the exercises can be adapted and some follow the routines seated.
